Year 4 had an unforgettable trip to Perlethorpe, where Viking life truly came alive! The children fully immersed themselves in the experience by dressing as Viking children, taking part in exciting role play, traditional Viking games and even trying their hand at labour-intensive Viking jobs such as grinding wheat. They explored fascinating artefacts and asked thoughtful questions throughout the day, showing great curiosity and enthusiasm for their learning. The trip sparked so much excitement that many children asked if they could go on more visits like this in the future
