During our World Book Week in Year 3, we enjoyed spending extra time with books! Our class librarians helped lead an assembly and also read to the Year 2 class. We welcomed the Year 6 librarians reading to us. We read and wrote about Paddington as part of Our Whole Class Reads. The children were delighted that our Mystery Reader was Jodie, who read…Paddington at the Zoo. Of course Thursday was our favourite day, when we all got to dress as a Word or a book character…didn’t they look brilliant! The day ended with us trying to be just like MC Grammar, and write our own book inspired raps – which were amazing!
