All week the FS2 children have been applying everything they have learned over the year into the counting collections sessions. They have worked brilliantly in pairs to ‘choose,’ pick a ‘strategy,’ ‘count,’ and then record,’ how many objects they have in a collections. We have seen some grouping, using tens frames, mats, containers etc to find out how many they have. They have also been recording in so many different ways too! Fabulous work from the Rainbow Fish children all week!
